Data deletion
How authorized workspace users request connection removal or workspace deletion.
Workspace deletion
A current Owner can open Settings → Data lifecycle, enter the exact workspace name and confirm deletion after recent authentication. The request immediately enters a tracked deletion workflow; status, retries, legal holds and completion evidence remain visible through the request status.
Connection removal
A current Owner or Administrator can confirm removal of the exact connected account. Removal must disable external actions and revoke or invalidate usable credential references.
Provider-signed requests
The provider-signed data-deletion callback is not implemented because a dated official signed-request contract has not been verified. No request verification rule, confirmation identifier or status response has been guessed.
Backups and retained evidence
Deletion records backup-expiry obligations and preserves only the narrowly allowed redacted audit, legal-hold and tombstone evidence required to prevent replay or resurrection.
