DialogArc is an online software service that provides comment matching, private-reply-first automation, configured public replies and processing visibility for professional Instagram accounts. The purchased plan's Instagram account and monthly confirmed-conversation limits are shown before payment.
Total price and payment
The subscription is priced monthly and public list prices are shown in USD. The customer selects the exact TRY or USD checkout option for each new purchase. The final currency, tax treatment and total amount to be charged appear in the order summary before payment begins. Payment is made on Iyzico's hosted page.
Delivery, term and renewal
The service is supplied electronically after the payment result is verified and the subscription is activated. The subscription is monthly and renews periodically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Withdrawal, cancellation and remedies
The right of withdrawal is evaluated according to the customer's consent to delivery of the digital service and the exceptions under applicable law. Cancellation and refund requests may be sent to the support address. The consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts designated by law are competent for consumer disputes.
