The buyer is a party to this agreement under the identity, contact and billing information confirmed during checkout. Order-specific details are retained in the electronic record that forms an integral part of this agreement.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations for the electronic supply of the monthly DialogArc software subscription selected by the buyer. The order summary shows the plan name, period price, currency, tax treatment, usage limits and start date.
3. Order and payment
The buyer proceeds to payment after reviewing the order summary and pre-contract information. Card details are not entered into DialogArc; payment takes place on Iyzico's hosted checkout page. A subscription is activated only after the provider result is verified.
4. Service delivery and use
The service is supplied online. The buyer must have the necessary authority over each connected Instagram account, use automation copy lawfully and protect account access. Plan limits are applied according to the assigned catalog version.
5. Term, renewal and termination
The subscription renews in monthly periods. The buyer may stop renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If renewal payment fails, the stated grace-period and service access rules apply.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Consent to begin delivery of the digital service and any right of withdrawal under applicable law are considered together. No automatic or partial refund is promised except where required by law. Approved refunds are processed according to the payment method used.
7. Disputes and records
The parties' electronic records, payment-provider verifications and correspondence are assessed under applicable evidentiary rules. For consumer transactions, applications may be made to the legally competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
