Subscription scope
DialogArc is provided within the Instagram account and monthly confirmed-conversation limits shown for the selected plan. Paid plans do not limit the number of active automations. Plan features and limits are determined by the catalog version displayed before purchase.
Trial and usage measurement
The free trial ends when either 7 days or 50 confirmed automation conversations are reached, whichever happens first. A conversation is counted once when delivery of the first private reply is confirmed. Public replies, retries, follower checks and reward messages do not create additional usage.
Fees, renewal and payment
Subscriptions are monthly and renew for each monthly period until cancelled. Public list prices are displayed in USD. Before each new purchase, the order summary shows exact TRY and USD options and any taxes that may apply for the saved billing country. DialogArc does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or CVC values; payment is completed on Iyzico's hosted checkout page.
Payment failure, cancellation and termination
A configured payment grace period may apply after a failed renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Automation definitions and customer data are not automatically deleted, and their lifecycle state is not changed solely because of payment status.
Plan and limit changes
Published plan versions are not changed retroactively. A customer remains on the assigned catalog version unless they explicitly change plans. Approaching or reaching a usage limit, together with any available additional usage allowance, is shown in the product.
