Disable the relevant workspace or connection external-action control before investigation. UNKNOWN delivery evidence must not be treated as failed or safe to retry.
Include in a support request
Provide the workspace-visible correlation or case identifier and a time range. Never send access tokens, cookies, ciphertext, wrapped keys or raw provider request and response bodies.
