Bounded pilot
DialogArc supports a narrowly defined private-first Instagram engagement workflow. It is not a general inbox, broadcasting tool, paid-media product or AI reply generator.
Customer responsibilities
Workspace users must hold the permissions required for connected professional accounts, keep automation content lawful and accurate, and use role and safety controls responsibly.
Delivery safety
An ambiguous provider result remains UNKNOWN and is not blindly retried. Global, environment and workspace action controls remain authoritative. No public reply is permitted after failed or unknown private delivery.
Legal status
This repository route is implementation content, not a claim of legal review or approval. Deployment requires an approved operator identity, contacts and final legal text.
