Personal data processed
Account and membership details, workspace roles, contact and billing information, Instagram connection identifiers, automation configurations, comment-derived content, processing and delivery records, support correspondence and security logs may be processed as required by the service. DialogArc does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or CVC values.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed on the relevant legal ground to establish and perform the agreement, manage memberships and authorization, operate automations, verify payment and subscription activity, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or protect rights.
Data transfers
To the extent required to provide the service, data may be transferred to hosting and infrastructure providers, Google identity and email services, Meta platform services, Iyzico payment services, accounting and legal service providers and legally authorized public bodies. Transfers are limited to their purpose and protected by necessary technical and administrative measures.
Collection and retention
Data is collected electronically through the web interface, secure server connections, official provider interfaces, payment verifications and support communications. Retention periods depend on the data type, service requirements and legal obligations. Deletion, destruction or anonymization procedures apply at the end of the relevant period.
Data-subject rights
Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, including requesting information, correction, deletion or destruction, learning the recipients of data, objecting to results produced solely by automated processing and claiming compensation for damage, may be exercised through the legal contact address. Information required to verify identity and the request may be requested.
