1. Match the post to its catalog
Select the product post or Reel and choose a clear request word such as CATALOG. A campaign about one collection should link to that collection rather than an unrelated category.
If different posts need different destinations, prepare separate automations with the appropriate media scope. Matching multiple keywords does not select separate responses within one automation.
2. Keep changing information on the product page
Use a private reply such as: “Here is the current collection and availability.” Avoid copying a changing stock count or temporary price into a message that could become outdated.
DialogArc does not synchronize marketplace stock or complete an order in the DM. Your product website remains responsible for availability, checkout, delivery and returns.
3. Check intent and exclusions
Preview a positive request and an unrelated comment. If the campaign needs a negative phrase exclusion, verify that it suppresses a comment even when the include word is present.
Use the word/phrase operator unless you deliberately want substring matches. Broad keywords can send a product link to someone who was discussing something else.
4. Activate and maintain the campaign
Check the destination on mobile, save the draft and activate the intended version. If the catalog location changes, update the message and review activation again.
Inspect Activity for actual delivery. A message sent is not an order placed; sales results require separate evidence from your store.
